The present writ petition has been preferred for a mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to grant approval for instituting prosecution against the respondent no. 6, who is involved in Case Crime No. 482/2024, u/s 419, 420, 467, 468, 34, 120 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Ballia. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA-I raised two-fold objections qua maintainability of the writ petition. Firstly, the petitioner himself is having criminal antecedents of six cases. Secondly, the instant writ petition is not a PIL. As the petitioner is not a aggrieved party, he cannot invoke the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.
