By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed that this Court may issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the First Information Report dated 25.01.2025, lodged as Case Crime No. 0042 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 110, 117(2) B.N.S., Police Station Madiyahu, District Jaunpur. 2. At the very outset, Sri G.P.Singh, learned AGA-I states that in the instant case, charge-sheet has been forwarded to the competent court on 19.2.2025 as such, cause for filing of the writ petition no more survives. 3.
