Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report dated 21-12-2024 need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already been concluded in the matter with submission of charge- sheet on 04-03-2025. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3 Leaving it open for the petitioners to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
