The instant writ petition is preferred to quash the FIR dated 25.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 57 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 127(2), 105, 352, 351(3) of BNS, 2023, Police Station Ekdil, District Etawah. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA submits that during investigation section 103(1) of BNS, 2023 has been added. 4. Considering the factual situation, once we decline to quash the impugned F.I.R., confronted with the situation Shri Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail. 5. In view of the submission made above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. Order Date :- 10.
