Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to take effective steps for recovery of the wife of the petitioner in pursuance of Missing Report No.0034 of 2024 dated 26.07.2024, P.S. Tilhar, District-Shahjahanpur. 3. In pith and substance, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for issuance of suitable direction to the respondent authorities for taking effective steps for recovery of the wife of the petitioner. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that the police authorities are under the obligation to do the investigation fairly, impartially and expeditiously to trace out the wife of the petitioner and in case, she is still missing, definitely the authorities would take effective steps for her recovery. 5.
