This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 29.01.2025, registered as case crime no.26 of 2025, under sections 137(2), 61(2) B.N.S., 2023, P.S. Daurala, District Meerut and not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to the said FIR. 3. It is stated in the writ petition that petitioner nos.1 & 2 are major and have married with each other out of their own free will as per Muslim Rituals, as such no offence under the aforesaid sections is made out. He further states that petitioner nos.3 & 4 have been falsely implicated as they have no complicity in the present case. 4.
