The instant writ petition is preferred for ensuring free and fair investigation of case crime no.07 of 2025, under sections 85, 115(2), 80(2) of B.N.S. & section 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Patvai, District Rampur. 3. Learned AGA on the instructions states that as per complicity, the charge sheet has been filed against respondent nos.3 to 5 before the competent Court, insofar as the respondent nos.6 to 8 are concerned, nothing adverse has been found against them during investigation, accordingly, they have been exonerated. 4.
