Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition is preferred for ensuring free and fair investigation of case crime no.07 of 2025, under sections 85, 115(2), 80(2) of B.N.S. & section 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Patvai, District Rampur. 3. Learned AGA on the instructions states that as per complicity, the charge sheet has been filed against respondent nos.3 to 5 before the competent Court, insofar as the respondent nos.6 to 8 are concerned, nothing adverse has been found against them during investigation, accordingly, they have been exonerated. 4.
