The instant writ petition is preferred seeking quashing of FIR No.25.02.2025, registered as case crime no.333, 64, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Mandi Dhanora, District Amroha. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. After substantial argument, once counsel for the informant raised an objection qua the maintainability of writ petition as the petitioner has already filed anticipatory bail application before the Court below, which is stated to be pending, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states he has no knowledge about the on going proceedings and the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not press
