The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 26.01.2025, registered as case crime no.18 of 2025, under sections 137(2), 87 B.N.S., P.S. Ghazipur, District Fatehpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that even though the main allegation is against the co-accused, Manoj, who is husband of first petitioner, son of petitioner no.2 and brother-in-law of petitioner no.3.
