Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 19.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.70 of 2025, under Sections 103 (1), 109 (1), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Sajeti, District Kanpur Nagar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. After substantial argument, once the Court has declined to entertain the writ petition for quashing the impugned first information report then learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to invoke the remedy as available in law.
