Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 15-02-2025 registered as Case Crime No.07 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 66-C and 66-D of I.T. Act, Police Station Vaidpura, District Etawah. 3. After substantial argument, once the Court has declined to entertain the writ petition for quashing the impugned first information report then learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4.
