This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 15.2.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 69 of 2025, under Section 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Sector 63, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest or harass the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report." 3. After substantial arguments once the Court has declined to entertain the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, leave may be accorded to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail
