The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 21.2.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 38 of 2025, under Section 87 B.N.S., P.S. Rajabpur, District- Amroha and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Both the petitioners are major and have solemnised the marriage on 20.2.2025. Thereafter, they have also applied for registration of their marriage on 21.2.2025 bearing Application I.D. no. 202527000027. A copy of the same is brought on record as Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition. 4.
