This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction to the Respondent No. 2 (The Senior Superintendent of Police, District Prayagraj) to supervise the investigation of petitioner's FIR/lost article report dated 05.09.2024 and ensure the fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law within time bound period without any undue delay, otherwise petitioner deprive from justice." 3. It is stated that the aforesaid report has neither been entertained nor concluded till date even after expiry of almost six months. 4. Learned AGA, on the other hand, states that such aspects shall be got examined by the third respondent, at the first instance. 5.
