Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Himanshu Pandey, learned counsel for the informant and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. The supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 3. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 27.12.2024 being Case Crime No.396 of 2024 under Section 191 (2), 110, 115 (2), 352, 351 (2), 118 (1) BNS, P.S. Bhatni, Distt. Deoria and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 4. After substantial arguments, once we declined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, leave may be accorded to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available in law. 5. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed leaving it open for the pe
