By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime no. 320 of 2024 under Section 64, 75, 352, 351 (2), 351 (3), 26 (2) B.N.S., P.S. Incholi (now transferred at P.S. Mundali), District Meerut. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that during investigation, no complicity of the private respondent was found, accordingly final report has been forwarded to the court concerned. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that once categorical statement has been given by learned A.G.A., he is not intending to press the present petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed 5.
