Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent and perused the record. 2. Present writ petition is preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the prayer to quash the history sheet (History Sheet No. 2-A/2022; Shiv Pujan Dubey, police station Child, District Mirzapur) opened against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that qua for his grievance a detailed representation was made on 11.02.2025. However, the respondent-Authority has not taken final call to the aforesaid representation and the same is still pending for consideration. 4. Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent very fairly conceded the fact that in case any such application is pending consideration definitely the same would be consider in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of three months.
