The petitioners, by means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 21-12-2024 registered as Case Crime No.1111 of 2024 under Sections 498A, 377, 323, 379, 506 IPC, P.S. Civil Lines, District Moradabad. 3.
