The petitioners, by means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 30.01.2025, registered as case crime no.0012 of 2025, under Sections 498A, 323 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S.
