The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 16.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0023 of 2025 under Section 87 BNSS, P.S. Kathela Samay Mata, Distt. Siddharth Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that as per High School Certificate, the date of birth of first petitioner is 23.11.2006 and as such she is of marriageable age. The first and second petitioner have performed marriage out of their own free will and the victim is living happily with the second petitioner as his wife.
