Heard Mrs. Monika Pal, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 29.01.2025 being Case Crime No.0021 of 2025 under Sections 85, 115 (2), 352, 351 (2) BNSS & Section 3/4 DP Act, P.S. Gazipur, Distt. Fatehpur and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. Learned AGA states that in the instant matter during investigation petitioner no.5 has been exonerated and against other petitioners, chargesheet has been submitted on 16.02.2025. 4. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, leave may be accorded to the petitioners, against whom chargesheet has been submitted, to avail the remedy as available in law. 5. In view of above
