The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 15.03.2024 registered as Case Crime No.363, 366 of I.P.C., P.S. - Mariyahu, District- Jaunpur 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been submitted on 19.2.2025 before the competent court and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Considering the categorical statement of learned A.G.A., we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter.
