This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "i) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the state respondents to make proper and fair investigation in respect of the First Information Report dated 23.01.2025 in Case Crime No. 19 of 2025 under Section 108 IPC and Section 3 (2) (V) SC/ST Act, Police Station Auncha, District Mainpuri." 3.
