This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "i. TO ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent police authority. to consider the case of Petitioner and take appropriate legal action against the Respondent No.4 and 5 on the representation dated 7.2.2025 given by. the wife of Petitioner against the Respondent No.4 and 5. ii TO ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent police authority to decide the representation dated 7.2.2025 as well as investigate the IGRS No.40014425002075 dated 9.2.2025 fairly within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble High Court."
