The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 15.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.29 of 2025, under Section 87 BNS, P.S. Kayamganj, District- Fatehgarh/Farrukhabad and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos.1 & 2 have have solemnized their marriage on 24.07.2024 at Arya Samaj Vedic Vivah Sansthan Mandal Sheetla Mata. They have also moved an application for registration of their marriage, which was registered by the Marriage Registration Officer, Aliganj, District Etah on 26.10.2024. They are living together as husband and wife and as such, the first in
