The instant writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to conduct free and fair investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 18.08.2024 in Case Crime No. 468 of 2024, under section 3(5), 103(1), 351(3) of BNS, 2023, P.S. Meerganj, District Bareilly. 3. Learned AGA at the very outset on the instructions states that during investigation complicity against two accused persons has been found and charge-sheet/ police report against them was submitted to the competent court and no complicity qua to the other two co-accused was found and they have been exonerated.
