Act, P.S. - Gajraula, District- Amroha, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by Ms. Divya Ojha, learned A.G.A.-I that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 7.2.2025. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Leaving it open for the petitioner to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is disposed of.
