Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P.Singh, learned A.G.A. -I for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to take any action against the petitioner in the light of Article 21 of the Constitution of India. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 24.1.2025 within stipulated period." 3. After substantial arguments once the Court has declined to interfere, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
