The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 15.10.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 222 of 2024, under Sections 69, 87, and 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS), 2023, at Police Station Fatehpur Sikri, District Agra and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. The impugned FIR was lodged by the informant against the Petitioner and co-accused Ajit Kumar, alleging physical exploitation, kidnapping, and threats. According to the FIR, Ajit Kumar had been exploiting the informant for about a year, promising marriage, and took her to a hotel on multiple occasions where he allegedly forced her into physical acts
