Issue a writ, order or direction to the Respondent No. 2 (The Senior Superintendent of Police, District Agra) to supervise the investigation of petitioner's Case Crime No. 364 of 2024 U/S 140(3) B.N.S., P.S. - Khandauli, District- Agra and ensure the fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law within time bound period without any undue delay, otherwise petitioner deprive from justice." 3.
