Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 02.10.2024 being Case Crime No.0284 of 2024 under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 117(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Nawabganj, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. While entertaining the instant writ petition, this Court vide order dated 11.02.2025 had directed the Investigating Officer to produce the parties for verification of compromise arrived at between the parties, within two weeks before the Magistrate concerned and later on Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Kanpur Nagar has verified the said claim. Report dated 28.02.2025 of Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Kanpur Nagar is already on record, which re
