Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.304 of 2024 under Sections 175, 409, 418, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Jamunapar, District Mathura. 3. Learned counsel for the informant states that while moving the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., even though the petitioner was well convergent with the fact that sixth respondent was no more, as he died on 09.05.2021 and unnecessarily he was implicated in the said application and later on F.I.R. was lodged, wherein he was arrayed as accused, even his name has also been impleaded as respondent no. 6 in the instant proceedings. 4. Considering the factual
