This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 14.08.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 214 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC, Police Station- Dankaur, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest or harass the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report." 3. After substantial arguments once the Court has refused the prayer for quashing the FIR, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he is not inclined to press the writ petition and the same may be
