This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 29.11.2022 registered as Case Crime No.110 of 2022 under Section 302 of I.P.C. Police Station Shahjahanpur District Jhansi. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents states that the investigation has been completed thrice, and even in the latest instance, the investigating officer has submitted a final report. However, upon a protest petition, the matter is now pending before the concerned Magistrate. 4. Considering the factual situation, we are not inclined to proceed further in the instant matter at this stage.
