This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 02-07-2024 registered as Case Crime No. 226 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 376D, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Fatehganj West, District Bareilly. 3. Vide order dated 21-08-2024, the matter was referred to the mediation centre. 4. Perused the office report dated 17-03-2025, which indicates that matter has been peacefully settled between the parties and they have settled their differences on the terms mentioned in paragraph 7 of the settlement agreement dated 24-11-2024.
