By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed that this Court may issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the First Information Report dated 27.07.2024, lodged as Case Crime No. 251 of 2024 under Sections 354, 504, 506, 354B, 341 of I.P.C. and 3(1)(DA), 3(1)DHA and 3(2)(VA) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (P.A.) Act, 1989 (Amended 2015), Police Station Bewar, District Mainpuri. 2. While issuing notice to the respondent no. 4 on 14.8.2024, the coordinate Bench has accorded interim protection to the petitioner on the ground that with regard to the alleged incident, present F.I.R. has been registered after a gap of three months and in the intervening period, on the complaint of the informant, the police has conducted an inquiry and submitted report that the allegations could be substantiated during inquiry. 3. Today,
