Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 11-11-2024 registered as Case Crime No.543 of 2024, under Sections 137(2) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kaptanganj, District Kushinagar. 3. After substantial argument, once the Court has declined to entertain the writ petition for quashing the impugned first information report then learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4.
