The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 05.07.2023 registered as Case Crime No.0258 of 2023, under Sections 427, 501, 504, 505 and 506 I.P.C., P.S. - Kotwali, District- Bareilly. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter Final Report bearing F.R. No.285 of 2024 has already been forwarded the competent court on 20.12.2024 and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
