Sri Shashi Kant, learned counsel for the informant states that the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court on 09.07.2024 and the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- within three weeks but the petitioner has not deposited the requisite amount. 3. This Court has seen the Mediation Center's report dated 17.08.2024, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 09.07.2024 till date and thus, the notices could not be issued to the parties by the Mediation Centre. 4. This Court has also perused the F.I.R. and finds that a cognizable is made out, hence, no interference is required in the matter. 5. The writ petition stands dismissed.
