Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 190 of 2024, under Sections 452, 376, 323, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station Lalganj, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have raped the victim about two years before the institution of FIR and had attempted the same on 04.06.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
