This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Amardeep, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 68 of 2024, under Sections 307, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Parikshitgarh, District- Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 02.04.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no specific allegation of causing fire arm injury has been made against the applicant and injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature.
