Heard Sri Saurabh Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 290 of 2024, under Sections 69, 351(1), 191(2)B.N.S., Police Station Gopiganj, District Bhadohi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by three months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The marriage of the applicant was agreed to be solemnized with the victim, as such, he is stated to have established corporeal relationship with her but had subsequently, refused to comply with the said promise. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. The victim is the consenting party and is major.
