Heard Sri Vivek Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.19 of 2025, under Sections 64, 115(2), 333, 74, 75, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Didauli, District Amroha, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR did not whisper a single word about the offence of rape in it. The allegations of rape have been made after legal consultation in her statement recorded under Sections 161 and 164 Cr.P.C.
