Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.32 of 2024, under Sections 376AB, 504, 506 I.P.C., 5/6 POCSO Act and 3(2)(5A) and 3(1)(s) SC/ST Act, Police Station Khesraha, District Siddharthnagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken the victim to an orchard and committed rape with her on 25.02.2024 at about 7:00 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
