The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 222 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Lalauli, District Fatehpur during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 13.10.2024 against applicant and six others and according to the FIR informant is the younger brother of the applicant and applicant along with his family members made assault upon the informant side and due to the assault made by them another brother of the informant, Ram Prasad sustained serious injuries and due to injuries he died and in the incident his sister Prem Dulari and father Shiv Baran also sustained injuries.
