Heard Sri Ali Hasan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.549 of 2024, under Sections 64 and 115(2) B.N.S., Police Station Jahanaganj, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He was granted bail by the Special Judge (E.C. Act)/Additional District Judge, Azamgarh vide order dated 22.01.2025, under Sections 69, 333, 352 and 351(2) B.N.S., but subsequently the final report (charge-sheet) has been filed in the added Section of 64 B.N.S.
