This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Prikesh Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 28 of 2025, under Sections 303(2), 109, 61(2), 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 2/3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, Police Station- Rajgarh, District- Mirzapur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 20.02.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is driver of the vehicle bearing registration no. UP 64 CT 4303 which was carrying sub-mineral gravel (Gitti) for transport. He
