Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter along with several others including co-accused Gaffar and with a very detailed and reasoned order co-accused Gaffar has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 18.03.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 8901 of 2025 and on facts case of applicant is at par with him. 4.
