Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.813 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64 B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Gajraula, District Amroha, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
