Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.207 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 351(2) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Raipura, District Chitrakoot, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that she had seen her daughter being taken away by the applicant by gagging her mouth in the mid night of 10.12.2024. 6.
